Nice easy run - wasn't too bad - sooooo grateful for my Nike running jacked with the face mask - really does keep the wind off the face but sheer enough to not obstruct breathing - don't need it running with the wind.
I've e-mailed Smooth Fitness to express my disgust with their crumby particleboard running bed with no frame support underneath it, but they're out of business and I don't know where I'll get with them on this.
Plan on running my 20 mi. outside tomorrow after Max's Championship game. Supposed to be 9 degrees but 50 percent chance of snow so not sure how this will go.
