Set TM for 8 mi. incl. 1 - 5 mi. warm up @ 9.52, 3 mi. progression finish - 1 mi. @ 8.45, 1 mi. @ 8.21, 1 mi, @ 8.0). Not easy straddling the crack in my TM running bed and keeping my balance when it's buckling. Gotter done tho'.
