9 mi. Tempo: 3 mi. easy warm up not faster than 9 min. pace, 2x15 min. at 8:15-8:25 pace with 3 min. recovery in between, the finish very easy to 9 mi. 9:45, 9:19, 9:22, 8:56, 9:04, 8:19, 9:15, 9:51, 9:53). Traction not real good in some spots and a bit slippery.
