Virtually no wind and pretty good footing. 14 mi. easy run with 3 mi. progressive finish: 8:55, 8:45, 8:35 (9:51, 9:32, 9:30, 9:24, 9:40, 9:43, 9:33, 9:52, 9:30, 9:44, 9:36, 9:00, 9:13, 8:50). Didn't do the progression very well, I was just glad to get the 14 mi. in.
