Did 6 mi. - side is a bit tender, no deep breathing, hurts to cough or sneeze, but legs and everything else are just fine: 800 at 10:00, 800 at 9:59; 2 at 9:37 and 2 at 9:23; .40 at 9:23 and .60 - 2X200 at 7:31 with 2X200 at 9:23 recoveries. Feel quite good after the run. breathing picked up a bit for the 2nd 7:31 but love the 7:31s - they're the best most fun part of the run. It's amazing how relaxed and smooth these can be.
