Bad night from the get go. TM set for 7 mi./Incl 1 easy progression run - 2 mi. @ 9.52 - had trouble keeping my balance on the treadmill during these 2 mi.; 2 mi. @ 9.37 - started to level out here, but my body kept saying stop and my mind didn't override this urge (stopped 6 x 30 sec. during this workout - this hasn't happened before during an easy run like this) 2 mi. @ 9.23 and 1 mi. @ 9.09. Didn't have any get up and go to run the strides, so I didn't. Feel very tired, no energy, drive, or determination tonight. I hope this is just a really off night for me!

You're probably just tired and most likely have some sort of virus that is running you down. Reese has been feeling "off" for 10 days. Most important to rest this week. Lots of fluids and just rest. My recommendation would be to take Thursday, Friday, Saturday off and concentrate on sleep and fluids. See where this leaves you on Sunday and if you can fit a 13 mile run in between Sunday and Wednesday then we can be on schedule for a 20 the following weekend.

This will still give you the ability to get two 20 mile runs in and a 22+ before taper which is plenty. They will be every other week but can be done for sure. March 1st, March, 15th, March 29th roughly. Really most important to rest or you will just prolong recovery.
