No warm up. 3 mi. warm up (9:09, 8:57, 8:55) next 10 at MP 8:45 (8:46, 8:41, 8:44, 8:43, 8:40, 8:38, 8:43, 8:34, 8:30, 8:25) last 3 mi. (8:47, 8:50, 8:29). Feeeeelin' gooooood!

Outstanding!!! This is fantastic!! What a super workout! This will likely end up being a treadmill week again with 20 inches of snow!!!! You may have to spend the next 3 days on the TM so I will do the plan accordingly!! Tomorrow is just an easy 5 miles with 5 bursts or strides at the end. Unstructured. A little harder on the TM but they can be done!!! Try for 6:40 pace and see how that feels. Can go faster but keep them short. GREAT week!!!
