Ran with Julia. Our route was roughly the same as this, I'm just too lazy to map a new course. Very humid out, it rained this afternoon. That and keeping up the pace were the two difficult parts of this run. I don't get tired nearly as much anymore, I just plateau out at about a 9:15 pace.
Shins still hurt, I need to keep stretching and icing my shins. I also apparently need to massage the muscles in my lower leg.....and of course lose weight.
