Hot out, and my heart rate went up due to water loss. I did wii fit for 35 minutes this morning. It helped to have the two workouts separated by 6 hours or so. Run felt good, similar speed out and back. This was a good first attempt at an hour run. Shins felt surprisingly good. The stretching, icing and massaging is helping, as is the beginnings of weight loss.
