Notes

This marathon was extremely difficult. Not because of conditions, but because I didn't really run the month before the race. It is surprising how quickly conditioning can leave. It was humid and hot, but that shouldn't have bothered me so much. The main lesson here is to not overtrain too early, making me take way too much time off. Julia and I have made a new schedule, and we'll see if I can make the GA marathon go better.
