Tomorrow is the disney marathon! This was the short, work out the kinks run. Felt like crap the first 0.5miles, the rest felt okay, I picked it up to 7:30 pace for the last mile. Ran with Lee to help keep my pace down a bit. My legs felt pretty good, but just a bit rusty. Also, I could defineatey feel the gut that I've accumulated over the holidays. I need to lose some weight before the next marathon, but I'm still hopeful that I can run a sub- 3:30 marathon tomorrow.
