Notes
Today's run was difficult. I've been very sore for the last few days (since Thursday), especially my back and shins. My back was sore from staying in a different bed, I think, which is over now. Also, to help my shins and ankles, I just bought a new pair of shoes. Hopefully these will help in the next week. I'm starting to feel lethargic and unable to run effectively. I think I need to push through and increase distance a bit.
