A good first run back. My weight has crept up, and I've decided the only way to fight back is with forty-five minute runs....so I'm hoping to get up to 3 loops at a time starting wedensday, take one day off during the week, and do one long run on the weekend. I'd like to get down to about 180 by the wedding (10.07).
