Run was supposed to be first long run after ankle injury. Julia and I left at 7am and we made it a little past 12 miles before her knee started acting up, so we walked the 3 miles back to my house. For the most part, the run felt really good. The last 2 miles or so were rough, and my ankle was getting sore. There is now some stiffness, but overall the run felt pretty good. Next weekend, I try for a 20 miler.
