Notes
This run was amazing. This is the first looong run where I haven't felt like crap afterward. During the run I felt like I could have kept going for longer and I could have been going faster. I pushed Julia pretty hard, but she was the only thing keeping me from absolutely destroying my legs today. For the first time, I could see myself being able to run a sub-3hr marathon. I'm going to push really hard for Disney in January now.....and actually do a nice 3 week taper. Runs have been going so well lately, I'm a bit afraid I will bonk at some point. I just need to be careful.
