This was a GREAT run. I want to start running medium long mid week run and since the weather was perfect and I really felt good, today seemed like a great day to start. Began with an easy pace and using the run/walk/run methon with 5 mins run and 1 min walking. After about 10 minutes I felt good and after 25 or 30 mins, I really found myself in the zone. I never tried to run very fast, just a smooth moderate pace, but continued to really feel good. Next thing I knew I was getting into 7th mile and starting to feel a 'wee bit' tire but nothing to worry about.. Completed the 8 miles and felt fantactic afterward... Weather perfect, Run perfect,
One of the few really good days that you have every now and then......
