Ran out at waterfall glen. First 4 was death since I'm getting sick. Better now than next week though. Tried to keep it real slow but I always end up a bit fast out there. I even counted the loop as only 9.3 this time and pace was still too quick. I only took one split and that was the big birtha uphill from 5 to 4. Hit that in 6:30 so I figured my plan of running 7:15 pace probably hadn't happened. Had the Lumineers Stubborn Love stuck in my head. Current favorite song.. But it's all over the radio so I may tire quickly. But for now I love it. And ya know what they say the opposite of love is indifference !!
