Treadmill. First 3.1 was done in 28:30 but I think the pace was a bit faster. The treadmill motor gave out a couple of times and then the display blanked out after 2.2 miles.... The boy started crying from his nap at 3.0 so I sprinted the last .10.... After I lunged up 2 flights of steps to see why he was crying, I wrapped it up by going the remainder at a slow pace
