Notes

Like most of this week, pace super easy and slow. It was the hottest and humidest it has been all week. Kind of a slog, body felt good just swampy. I got a great little core and hip cross training session in when I got back to work and in the AC.

*Past 2 days have been code orange air quality. I think this explains why I feel blah from the beginning on these. Feel excellent indoors.
