Notes
This run went really well. I ran it with new shoes that really felt great and the pace came really easy. I kept the first 4 miles pretty easy and pushed it up to a fast half marathon pace for the last 3. Hopefully I can pull off that kind of pace at the High Cloud Half on Jan 27. It's a flat course and ran a similar pace for most of it last year so I'm feeling good.
Fought some stomach issues mid run but I was able to keep going, didn't effect pace too bad.
