Still in a bit of a funk from weird sleep schedules lately. I felt ok after a mile warm up and hit a few strides right into mile 2 immediatly followed by 3 x 6:00 @ 10K pace which was between 7:00 and 7:30 mm varying a bit with the hills. The 1:00 recovery periods pass so quick with 6:00 repeats :) Finished this one up with the last two strides and an easy final mile and a half. A bit humid today too, totally soaked after this one.
