Treadmill

Notes

A one mile warm-up followed by a six mile tempo run at half marathon pace. Legs really felt fresh from the unplanned rest yesterday. The plan is to make up those miles on Saturday when it's warm.

Anyway, I ran the first two miles at about 7:45 pace, dropped down to even 7:30 for middle two and finished off last two at 7:19 pace. Had to really hang on at the end. Really good work out.
