Notes
Took the new bike on the W&OD for a test commute ride to East Falls church metro, turned right around and came back with a short break. This was tough. I like the new bike but I think I could have been quicker with gears. Butt hurts.
Time pretty exact. I ofter forgot to stop my watch on breaks but it was pretty close to 2 hours each way.
