Making the transitions to morning run and every time I do this I am reminded how fast it feels to run at 9 mm pace after just waking up. Found a nice rhythm and enjoyed it. My quads and knees have been gripping a bit this week. The hills on Saturday and too much concrete yesterday I think. I don't know, not really worried at this point. I'll take it easy the next few days and run on the soft bridle trail and see how they feel before deciding where to run on Saturday.

Mostly relaxed pace today with 4 x 15 strides.
