Fantastic run. This pace included the one mile cool down at the end which was probably a 9:30 min mile. I was probably in the 7s during the middle part of the run (no GPS, just used Cassie's stop watch on premeasured distance). This coarse is hilly and the temp was about 95 degrees. I'm very happy. I think the solid Charleston bridge run did wonders.
