Notes
Went for an even pace and stuck pretty much to a constant 8:30 with the occasional slowdown for hills. Nice run through Ida Lee up the back way to W&OD headed east towards Ashburn. Nice out and back. Lots of hills but nothing as severe as heading west through the mountains.
