Super slow run but enjoyable. Was tired but the cool night was refreshing. I've been moving in slow motion all day. I feel good just find myself moving slow. I don't have any sense of urgency with anything but I'm cool with that. Just enjoying life right now at the pace I want to take it. Reflected in my running.
