Notes
This run went very well. I experimented with caffeine mostly because my mind was all over and I was feeling anxious. It typically helps me settle down and focus, which is the opposite of what you would expect. I stopped and got a Starbucks Doubleshot and it did the trick. I stopped for another later in the run. I made 3 snack stops instead of one like last time. I think this helped a lot. No leg cramps at all!
