Same repeats as last week but I did one more, six this time. I really like this training. For Mountain Masochist I think the specificity of this workout is about perfect. It's a tough one but I don't feel beat up after doing it like I thought I might when I started running here. I'm slowly feeling more comfortable running downhill and I have no problem running up, although slow. I want to keep running out here for my long runs. I may not do the hills the whole time. There are other sections of trails that are flatter. My thought is to park the car with a cooler in the trunk and use it as my aid station. I'm really digging this training for Mountain Masochist. It's exciting. I think we can accomplish a lot in the 4 months we of training we have until the race.
