It was tough to maintain pace on this one. It was the longest long run in a while and it was hotter than it has been in a long time. I was happy just to get it in.

Good meal the night before and for breakfast, casserole of potatoes, rice, yellow squash, eggs, topped with a little cheddar cheese.
