Beautiful day for a ran. Went without Ralph just to test out if he might be causing my hip issues. I think I got a big old confirmation on that test. Might just have to start taking him to the dog park instead of running with him.
I think I've found my groove. Felt good, pushed it a little. Ran well in the Altras too. I think I'm getting used to them. Love the nice cushion they provide and I think my legs are making the transition ok to the zero drop. Noticed it a little in the lower leg toward the beginning but it went away.
Pushed pace, second half much faster than the first.
