I dialed it back a notch to true easy pace. To make sure I ran by feel and kept it easy I hide the pace on my watch so I had no idea how fast I was running. I was a little surprised that it wasn't too much slower than yesterday. Another perfect weather day didn't hurt. Low humidity, sunny, and cool with no wind. 4x15 strides towards the end.
