I should have started this one earlier. It was getting really hot towards the end of it and the humidity like all runs lately was really high. I was able to get in the miles and was one pace for a good pace but I couldn't maintain the pace from the first half which I though was conservative based on other long runs lately, the temperature was the factor I think. Legs felt ok. Unfortunately I didn't have anything left at the end for the 10 minute quicker tempo sessions. The last few miles I was actually walking a tenth of a mile per mile.
