Repeat of last Monday. I felt good but pace was really slow. I think a lot of this has to do with the time of the run and I felt like I was running on empty. Although I did feel good. Zero pain, legs good just low energy. But happy to be running. Enjoyed it.
I did the 4x15 strides starting about 4 miles in. It did get the legs moving but I fell back to the relaxed pace I was in. I could have forced a more sustained effort but I did not.
