I started out really easy. The first mile was like an 8:40 but the legs felt very fresh so I gradually increased the pace until I was running very fast but it seemed effortless today. Maybe the treadmill needed calibrated, I don't know. Anyway my legs, lungs, or anything, felt like I was pushing hard. I sweated buckets though which was kind of the plan since my wife has been sick. I'm hoping this was a good cleansing run.
