Oh man, this was just what the doctor ordered. After a frustrating run yesterday that ended 10 miles early with all the trails covered in snow and ice I needed a good hard workout. Basically I just pettled like hell, pushing almost 300 watts for a few minutes during the last 5 prior to the cool-down. Ahhhh, I feel better now.
