This week was kind of a mess scheduling wise. Monday, Weds, Fri, Sun still works best for me I just need to make sure I hit those days because if I miss one it is very difficult to get it in on a different day. Note to self: stick to the routine!

This workout felt fantastic. Pace was probably optimistic for half marathon pace but it wasn't uncomfortable at all, in fact it felt very good. Cadence was back up to where it should be without effort or thought. I think those extra days off might have been the reset I needed. Although I still want and need to get back on the routine. If anything it will help me mentally in all other aspects of life.
