Notes
Last night was pretty blustery and I was craving some flat and easy so I moved back yesterdays run to lunch today on the National Mall. It was a great run. Today is the "cheat day" on my diet and I had a huge apple strudel for breakfast so very well fueled. Perfect weather too, 30 degrees, clear, and low humidity. Just cranked away laps on the Mall. I wasn't looking at my phone so I went a little over on distance, but I did keep the pace very easy. Did a few strides at the end.
