Notes
Nice steady miles with the 4 strides thrown in. I ate some cliff shot blocks before heading out. Lame I know but I didn't want to repeat yesterday's crash. Legs felt funny during the first half mile or so. I think I was still feeling the hill work from Sunday but once I found my groove all was great. I let the dog rest at half way, but besides that he did very well.
