Pace was slow, not totally intentional. Fog and soupy. When first split ticked off I was shocked how slow I was going. Legs felt great coming back down on back half but I kept it very easy. I want to start ramping up miles so I need to keep easy easy. Thought of a new route plan for training for April races. Alternate C&O and starting at rolling hills on W&OD to mimic Bull Run course.
