First two miles warm up with dog, dropped him off, talked to neighbor for about 45 minutes, did tempo 5 miles at half marathon pace. Did this on the hill loop and it was pretty cool because I was running so late and it was a little warm and humid so my mind just sort of went to sleep and my legs maintained a decent pace. Low 8s. Kind of like autopilot.
