My legs have never felt this good three days after a marathon. I about melted out there from the heat but that was my only complaint, that and a sore shoulder probably from the pushups a few days ago. I'm so stoked. I even worked in 4 short hill sprint up to the Washington monument and the legs responded well, lungs not so much but that's fine. It will take me a while to acclimate to the new season. Summer is my weakness.
