Ok, this was a tough one. Started strong maintaining around a 9 min/mile pace. At about mile 6 on the bottom fell out. The humidity was tough. According to the Run Less Run Faster book you lose between 1 and 2 percent efficency per 1.5 degree above 60 and high humidity makes it even worse... so according to this being 30 seconds off the pace is well within the window (target was 9:05 but loosing 10% would back it down to about a 10:00 mile) so I feel ok, I guess. I will definitely keep digging.
