Notes

Mile repeats: 8:11, 7:55, 8:02. The humidity was 100% and it was tough to get air. I walked during the rest period and a little after it was all over. Quads and hips were very sore. Not really when running at a quicker pace but generally when going slower. I think it may be from all the dog runs with him pulling hard at the beginning. Not sure if this is building strength that might help with down hill efforts or just beating me up.
