Ran this by HR, trying to keep it below MAF. I had to slow way down to keep it under 140. Not concerned, it was HOT. Heat index over 100. I felt fine, took some tailwind with me and dropped ice in my bottle with my UD bottle koozie. Running is good medicine. I was a little inconsistent this week and I need to remember it is medicine and helps with all other aspects of my life.
