Great run in San Francisco on the Embarcadero before going to work. Great weather made this run a blast. I had to do a manual reset before I synced the Garmin so I lost the history but I'm guessing I averaged a 8 min/mile pace. It was a moderate effort easy run though. Completely flat and perfect running weather.
