A warm wet one at lunch today. My quads are still a bit, not sore, but not 100% either. That's why I headed for good old flat Hains Point. It was very foggy, felt like running through a dream. First trip to Hains Point since MCM, enjoyed fond memories of early morning sweatfests from last summer.
