Felt really good on this one. I tried to keep up a constant tempo that was not overlly pushing it but not easy either, I was planning between 7:40-7:50 and I wanted to finish strong. The first five I had an average of 7:48 and I wanted to negative split the second half and end strong. I was able to do that so I'm happy. This was immediately followed by a 2 mile walk with my son. A really great day all around.
