Took the dog out on the single track at Balls Bluff for the first time ever, running anyway. I thought for sure he'd pull me over but it was great. He challenged me and I pushed him a little too. Nothing too hard. It was good practice to keep me sharp on the technical terrain. I still feel I have a lot of potential for improvement here.
