Pace has been off all week. My back has been super tight in the morning. Takes me about 4-5 miles to get the body to loosen up. Note that I forgot to remember, need a water bottle on anything over 18. Repeated hour+ section with no water is not good for me. Feel good overall, just need my lower back to heal up.
